Are eggs and egg substitute interchangeable? If so, what amounts are equivalent? Also, what is the difference between broth and stock, and how do you make these? Finally, I would like recipes using oranges (cakes, cookies, etc.) and recipes for enchiladas.

I am looking for a recipe for a white fruitcake -- called Patisserie Bateau Blanche. Some of the ingredients are crystalized ginger, red and green candied pineapple, light raisins, dried apricots and every kind of nut you can think of, except peanuts. The recipe was in The Washington Post in 1961 or 1962.

I'm looking for a recipe for a tomato sweet dish. You boil water, skin the tomatoes, and use them to make a sweet dumpling or cobbler. You use dessert seasonings, then drop the dumplings in one-by-one.
